Do I get sent ink every month? How do I get more ink?

Not on a fixed schedule. Epson monitors your printer’s ink levels and sends new cartridges just in time. If you print more than your plan covers, the extra pages are billed in your monthly invoice. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime to suit your business needs.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. You can switch to a higher or lower plan whenever your business needs change. Unused pages can be rolled over for up to 2 months, and additional pages are simply billed in your next invoice.
