Do I get sent ink every month? How do I get more ink?

Not necessarily. Your printer tracks ink levels and Epson sends new cartridges when needed—before you run out. If you print more than your plan includes, the extra pages are added to your monthly invoice. You can also upgrade your plan at any time.

What happens if I don’t use all my pages?

Unused pages automatically roll over for up to 2 months, giving you extra flexibility. You can use them later if your printing needs increase, no waste, no stress.

Will the ink arrive before I run out?

Yes, your printer monitors ink levels and orders new cartridges automatically, so they arrive before you run out. It’s smart, seamless, and fully hands-free.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan anytime, directly from your Epson account. There are no contracts or cancellation fees.

Will I really get ink anytime I run out?

Yes—your printer monitors ink levels and Epson automatically sends new cartridges before you run out, so you’re never left without ink.

How flexible is ReadyPrint Flex?

Very. You can change or cancel your plan anytime. If you print more than your monthly allowance, the extra pages are simply added to your invoice. If you print less, unused pages can be rolled over for up to 2 months.
